This 68-minute CD consists of 8 songs recorded from a live concert at the Knitting Factory in Los Angeles. From the beginning, the songs move as a river and keep flowing in the heart long after the last one has ended. Most are set to odd meters, which creates unpredictable eddies, drifts, and rapids along the way. On their journey, they express a variety of moods, from devotion and joy to eroticism and sorrow.
This album, a marriage between power and beauty, is another great work by Aloke Dutta. The music flows from him as naturally as a river, and, after many aesthetically pleasing curves, it unites with the infinite.
